Purple House HR Recruitment - Bristol - Interim Recruitment Manager We are looking for a proactive Interim Recruitment Manager with either Engineering and/or manufacturing recruitment experience to join a fascinating and innovative organisation. The role is based in Bristol and will be for a minimum of 12-18 months and is to support a new growth programme of the organisation. The Recruitment Manager will be required to resource c. 50 + scarce skilled engineers and support staff over the next 12 months, so an important remit will be to build the employer brand in order to attract the highest calibre candidates to this developmental organisation. You will be expected to develop the recruitment strategy, build a compelling employee value proposition and introduce an automated candidate response system and other techniques to create a talent pool and pipeline for the organisation.
