Bristol - My client is recruiting for an Interim Supply Chain development lead on an initial 3 month contract. Aerospace Supply Chain management experience. Expertise in one or more of the following commodities: o Engineered items (high technical content products) - o Raw material, castings, forgings and machining, o Distributive items (standard hardware) o Electronics & PCBs o Non-production items (MRO, Chemicals, Energy) o Facilities o New Product Introduction Proven track record in: o New supplier development o Contract negotiation o Sourcing new technologies o Process improvements ACE/Lean methods o Inventory reduction o Cost reduction / lo-cost sourcing The strategic management and development of poor performing suppliers within a commodity to achieve business targets. o Project Management *Degree, HNC, C&G, MCIPS or similar qualification preferably in a business related subject. *Effective communication at all levels *Good working knowledge of SAP *Good wo... - Temporary - Full-time
